Seller Product Upload Guide
So, you’ve just registered as a seller on Mybigorder? Welcome to Kenya’s trusted marketplace that connects you with thousands of buyers online! 🛒
But here’s the secret – your shop only comes alive when you upload your products. Don’t worry, it’s super simple, and we’re here to guide you.
Step 1: Upgrade to a Free Package
After registration, log in to your seller dashboard.

Navigate to products then “Upgrade Package” and select the Free Package.
This step is necessary to activate your account for product uploads.
Step 2: Access the Product Upload Section
From your dashboard menu, click “Products”.

Select “Add New Product” to begin uploading.
Step 3: Fill in the Mandatory Fields
When adding a product, ensure the following fields are correctly filled:

Product Name – Enter the exact name customers are likely to search for.

Category – Choose the most relevant category for better visibility.

Product Description – Write a clear, detailed description including key features, sizes, colors, and uses.

Unit Price – Set the correct selling price in KES.

Thumbnail Image – The main product image (must also be added to the gallery).

Gallery Images – Add multiple clear, high-quality images of the product from different angles.

Step 4: Review & Submit

Double-check your product details before saving.

Once uploaded, your products will be reviewed and approved by the Mybigorder team.
